I request you to kindly circulate this mail thru your MFG and anyone on Dubai can help me to get my end service benefits and termination compensation without filing a claim with labour department.
I know you are a very busy person and yuo help a lot of peoples irrespective of your busy schedules.
Sir, please find attached my appointment letter and labour contract copy for your perusal. In my appointment letter they agreed to increase my basic salay by Dhs.500/- after completion of 6 months. However after 6 months the MD said he will give me the money after sometime. I trusted them all these 19 months. This month also I reqeusted for these amount and then MD told me not to come from 3rd November onwards and asked me to handover my all work and responsibilities of one Mr.Sriniwas Kumbha. After that they transferred my salay as 5550/- 5500 salary and 50 dhs for tea allowance. I reached again office on 9th November, MD shouted at me and instructed others, make sure Muraleedharan did not enter the office. Then on 11 th Novemebr Sriniwas called me and asked me to reach office on 13th november that is today and showed me a total end servies benefit of 13,000/- asked me to sign as final settlement. I refused to sign the papers and came back and writting this mail to you.
Sir, I dont like make problmes for anyone. But I worked in this company since Sep-2009 almost 11 hours average. MD terminated me without giving my end service benefit asper Dubai Labour law. They havent issued letter regarding my termination of service, I apprehend if they file absconding letter with Labour to avoid to give my service benfits.
I asm sure with your good contact in Dubai, you can help me from this situation
I am a diabetic person and living with my wife in Bur Dubai, Dubai and aged 49 years, working in Dubai since sept-2009. Before that I was settled in New Delhi.
I humbly request for your valuable advice & help to get my end sevice benefits .
