~:C.C.4.U:~ The Kilt

THE KILT !! Some of these photos have been surfacing for the past 3 / 4 years. Some time back I had checked on Internet and it said there was a rule not to wear any thing underneath. They even used to check the guards / police standing in line for inspection with a mirror attached to a stick. One explanation given was the kilts are made of good pure wool and they did not want to get too hot underneath, Another to make them "Tough" in cold!
